Located 90 minutes from Miami and 20 minutes to the world-famous Tiki Bar sandbar (dock to anchor) one of the best in the Keys. Enjoy easy and quick access to the bay or ocean via Snake Creek, excellent fishing/water activities, dining, and amazing sunsets. There is a marina conveniently located near the home that sells fuel, bait, ice and offers boat rentals.

This is a 2 story property and the 4/2 being offered is on the 2nd floor. The first floor is used by the owners and anyone there is able to assist and/or address any issues that may arise during your stay. Our use is mostly on the weekends.

Rental Option 1 (as quoted):
4 bedroom/2 bathroom upstairs that can sleep 10, fully furnished and kitchen essentials, outdoor gas grill, outdoor bait freezer (3.5 cuft), and an outdoor storage shed, 35' of dock space for up to a 30' boat (including engines) 110V shore power, cleaning table, water hose, and parking for 4 vehicles or 2 vehicles and 1 trailer.

Rental Option 2: (additonal $100 per day)
Upstairs 4 bed/2 bath as described PLUS: all 70' of dock, all parking, use of the tiki hut and fire pit area, and the first floor will remain vacant for the duration of your stay.

There is 28 night minimum stay required.
