Anna Maria Island's "Castnetter 5" is a delightful Island local located directly across the street from the seven acre "Manatee Public Beach" and the Gulf of Mexico. This beautiful and totally renovated (2) bedroom unit with (2) Full Baths, sleeps six with a Queen Size bed in the Master Suite, Two Twin Size beds in the Guest Room, and a Queen Size sofa sleeper in the Living Room. Fully loaded Kitchen with Dishwasher and Microwave. Pool-Side private 10' x 35' Sun Deck is accessible through double doors in the Living Room. Sun Deck area includes a Dining Table & Chairs, Chaise Loungers and beautiful views of the Gulf of Mexico's sunsets. Laundry room facilities are included at "No-Charge." There is a 42" Flat Screen TV in the Living Room and a 32" Flat Screen TV in the Master Suite and Guest Bedroom. High Speed Wi-Fi Internet, expanded Cable Line-up and free National Long Distance calling is included at "No-Charge." Beach Chairs & Beach Gear are available at "No Charge" for our Guest's enjoyment.

Excellent Hosts!

This was our second stay at this property. Started off with just my husband and myself. But last minute we had our big family join us. Alan and Donna were very accommodating and made everyone feel welcome! I highly recommend this property! The property is very clean and close to everything you need!

Absolutely wonderful

Our accomodations were very nice. The owners were prompt with any of our needs. The faucet in master bath had an issue. Plumber was there the next day. We enjoyed Allen and Debby. Both very nice people. The public beach is literally right across the street. It was nice to walk over there and not have to drive. Traffic can be crazy sometimes. We are planning on going back next year.

Great location with a private pool

This unit is in the middle of the island across the street from Manatee Beach which is also a trolley stop for the free trolley that travels throughout the island. It’s also in walking distance to both a Publix grocery and CVS pharmacy. Donna and Alan are great hosts and very accommodating. We enjoyed our time on Anna Maria Island and couldn’t have found a better place to stay.

Amazing location

The location of this place is amazing. It's literally right across the street from the best beach on Anna Marie island. But don't use Google maps to get here, they're wrong. The condo had everything we needed, including spare beach and pool equipment so you didn't have to buy everything yourself. The rooms were good sized and the condo was clean. We used the pool side grill a couple of different times. The biggest down side with this condo was because the location is so convenient it can be a challenge to get back on the main road, bit I'd still stay here again.
