House On Torch Lake Near Sandbar

Summary:
A retreat along the Torch River Bayou, this home features a private 40-ft seawall with direct access to Torch River. From here, you can explore the Chain of Lakes, spanning over 60 mi. Just across the street, you'll find access to the renowned Torch Lake Sandbar, which you can reach by foot or by boat via the river. The property is conveniently located near a boat launch into Torch Lake and the river, and is less than half a mile from Torch River Marine, where you can rent boats and jet skis.

The Space:
The House has four bedrooms, two full bathrooms, a fully stocked kitchen and space for 8 people to relax after spending the day enjoying all beautiful Northern Michigan has to offer. There is a large deck with a gas grill that is perfect for hosting an end of day BBQ. There is a fire pit overlooking the Torch Bayou which is great for experiencing a proper Northern Michigan evening enjoying the view, with roasted marshmallows.
