With outdoor adventures within walking distance and the quaint town surrounding the property with much to do, it seemed like a no brainer!

Lil Tio was formerly a barbershop for 60+ years.
I did my best to renovate the property to todays standards while still holding onto a few original details that made it unique.
Other than the property, it's location is perfect. Walkable to food and Tionesta's Market Village, along with river fun only a short distance away!
