This historic yet fully modern home has everything you need to enjoy a relaxing visit to western North Carolina. Its single level provides easy access, and features a generous living area with lots of comfy seating, a spacious kitchen where you can prepare meals, and three big bedrooms. There are high ceilings and hardwood floors throughout.

Spend some time outdoors, and watch the world go by from the charming covered front porch. There is a side and back yard with a fire pit and chairs, and a picnic table. There are bikes in the shed, perfect for touring around town.

Old Fort is a beautiful town, full of restaurants, breweries, shops and history. The surrounding area is a gateway to the beautiful Appalachian Mountains and endless opportunities for hiking, camping, and other outdoor activities. It’s an easy hike to Catawba Falls, a stunning 100-foot waterfall that is sure to impress. Bring your mountain bike, your kayak and other outdoor gear! Asheville and Black Mountain are just down the road so check out the Biltmore Estate and other nearby attractions.
