Second Bedroom: King bed with en suite bathroom and coastal details. Bathroom has dual entrance to bonus family room as well.
Third bedroom: Queen bedroom, shared deck access, and a shared hall bathroom as well.
Fourth bedroom: Great for the kids - Double over double bunk beds, sleeps 4. Shared hall bathroom also.

▶️Minutes to the Shore:
- The Lilly Lane beach trail leads you right to the San Juan Beach access point – it’s a 10-15 min walk down the trail to San Juan Ave.
- Santa Clara Regional Access point. 10 min golf cart ride! Offers parking, lifeguards, and restrooms. You can also rent chairs, umbrellas, bonfires, etc.. here.
- Grayton Dunes – this one is a 15 min ride. Beautiful dunes and entry point, plus its super scenic! There is parking and lifeguards available here as well.
