All guest must sign a rental agreement and fill out a damage deposit waiver form along with submitting a copy of their ID

Pets Ok, $175 per pet and guests are responsible if there is any damage or additional cleaning needed after check out.

No guests allowed without approval of hosts, we will always allow it we just need you to let us know.

Primary Guest must be 25+ in age

Damage Deposit or Damage Waiver Fee: A refundable damage deposit of $500 is required for all bookings. Alternatively, guests have the option to pay a non-refundable damage waiver fee of $35. This deposit or fee is intended to cover any damages or excessive cleaning costs incurred during your stay and will be returned or waived accordingly after inspection of the property upon checkout.
