*** Please note that south facing balconies, along with the pool, will be closed from Sept 7th until late December for railing replacement and balcony resurfacing. There will be noise at times, along with the balcony being inaccessible. Balconies will be re-opened as floors are completed, however the pool will remain closed. While balcony is closed, the furniture will be placed inside the condo.
