The home includes private, coded beach access for a seamless transition from your luxurious retreat to the sandy shores. For those seeking relaxation and leisure, the property features a private heated pool (available for a daily fee) and a hot tub. After a day at the beach, rinse off in the outdoor shower with hot water, conveniently located for your comfort.

On the first floor, you'll find Bedroom #1, featuring a king bed with twin bunks overhead, comfortably sleeping 4 guests. This room includes a private bathroom for added privacy and convenience. Adjacent to this bedroom is a spacious bunk area, equipped with a wet bar, dining table, mini fridge, and four queen bunk beds, sleeping an additional 8 guests. A private bathroom is also connected to this area, ensuring everyone's comfort.

The second floor of Teddy's Heaven offers additional luxurious accommodations. Bedroom #2 features a king bed and a private bathroom, providing a serene escape for two guests. Bedroom #3 includes a queen bed, with a bathroom conveniently located adjacent to the room. The second floor also houses a bar entertainment area, perfect for socializing and unwinding after a day at the beach.

The kitchen also includes a smaller ice machine for easy access.
