The Black Pearl is the upstairs 1100 sqft. condo unit! With 2 bedrooms (1 queen & 1 twin bedroom, includes sheets, blanket & comforter), 2 full baths, with towels for your convenience, there is also a comfortable pull out sleep sofa, TV, WIFI, central air, washer/dryer. A large front to back fully equipped kitchen/living room with pots, pans & dishes for home cooked meals. Large roof top deck to watch the sunset over the Hampton River. Fantastic location, only 1 street from the beach.
Come enjoy one of the top 3 cleanest beaches in the US, and old New England charm. Hampton Beach has a full calendar of events beginning in June, with Sand Sculpting Competition, Catamaran Regatta, Kids Week, free nightly concerts, weekly fireworks, and the annual Seafood Festival.

Short and sweet

Fall weather but sunny…lovely walks on the beach or just hanging on the rooftop. Great dinner at the Galley Hatch. Enjoyed the L Street Tavern music and a few beverages at Wally’s!

Summer Fun

We rented this condo for a 3 night stay with the kids. The cleanliness was excellent. The location was perfect for a short walk to the beach. We enjoyed the rooftop deck in the evenings after a long day at the beach. We would definitely recommend this rental.

Perkins get away

Gem of a Summer beach rental

The moment we opened the door of the rental we were very happy. Welcoming, immaculate beach decor with plenty of space. No pictures of the 2 bathrooms on VRBO, but looked brand new and as the rest of the condo, fantastic decor. Roof top deck was an added bonus watching the sun set over the harbor. The use of the grills was great. Very short walk to the beach and seashell stage. The perfect spot for listening to live music from area bars as well. Karen was easy to get a hold of and answered questions quickly. Would definitely recommend.

Amazing condo

Karen was wonderful! The condo was amazing. Just a block away from the beach, close enough to the main drag without the noise from it. One night we were able to hear the singer across the way at The Goat, but it wasn't bothersome to us. We sat on the upper deck and enjoyed it.

Great venue for family vacation

This was perfect for a family reunion! We had 5 adults and a 19 month old; there were NO issues with overcrowding! Very clean and well laid out.

Perfect location

This property was in walking distance to beach, restaurants, and just about everything. The rooftop deck was fun to hangout and provided a nice view of the fireworks which was an unexpected treat. We had a great time. The beach is beautiful. The house was clean and perfect size for us. I’m glad the property also provided a parking space. I’m sure we’ll be back.
