Rule number one: Have fun!

Friday and Saturday must be booked together on weekends for a 2-night minimum stay. Although, a single night stay on October 5th is allowed

Occasionally there is a 3- night minimum during holidays or special events (SXSW, ACL, F1, etc). That isn't very often and we can be very flexible with that, so just check in with me.

We are always willing to consider special circumstances or needs, just message us with any special requests or questions prior to booking. I'm happy to try and work with you.

Please check with us first if you will be hosting an event, we would love to accommodate you but will need to help arrange specifics so that our neighbors do not get disturbed. Please just check with us first so we can help you to have an enjoyable experience.

If you are looking to smoke there is plenty of space on the patio allowed outside. Just a reminder that there is no smoking of any kind permitted in the home.

No glitter or confetti, please. It takes a HazMat team to get rid of that stuff.

Pets are usually very welcome, but please check with me first.
