About this property
A unique two-story house on the waterfront with a big lawn and stunning views
Charming and secluded waterfront house in a relaxed summer community with five bedrooms and a vast living room with a kitchenette and bar. The back deck faces the afternoon sun and stretches the building's length. The downstairs master bedroom has a bay window and a king-size bed with its own bathroom. The kitchen has a cathedral ceiling, a long breakfast table and all the cooking appliances and utensils expected. The kitchen porch is warmed by the morning sun. The four upstairs bedrooms have a full bathroom with a hall reading lounge. The upstairs Master bedroom has a queen-sized bed, the West room has two single beds, the Corner room has one single bed and the Pink room has a full-size bed. The upstairs bathroom has a bathtub and there's an outdoor shower during the warm months. WiFi is available throughout the house and most of the property. The large lawn has a hammock and room for croquet or badminton. There are plenty of board games, jigsaw puzzles and books in the house for a rainy day. A path leads down to the beach with two kayaks for guests to use. The perfect house for a family holiday.

About the host
Hosted by curt richter

My family has been coming to Sorrento for many generations. We live in Helsinki but come back to the States often.
Why they chose this property
Sorrento is on a peninsula, it is as peaceful as it is stunning. It's surrounded by Frenchman Bay and has vast views over the water. There aren't any commercial businesses so there's little to no tourist traffic.
What makes this property unique
Although the house is in the heart of a summer community the property is very private. The house lies between a long line of cidars and a big lawn. You may hear the neighbors but you won't see them.
