This 3,600 sq ft, 4 bedroom 4 bathroom house boasts a stunning wall of windows that frames picturesque views of the pool and patio. Inside, our open-concept home features a large primary living room perfect for big groups and an adjoining second living room for cozy conversation by the vintage brick fireplace. The kitchen is functional and stylish. The dining room and a convertible pool & ping pong table complete the space.

The primary suite (“Royal Room”) is wrapped in gold leaf wallpaper with a sumptuous king-size bed and opens out to the pool. The ensuite bathroom features a sleek sunken shower and a luxurious vintage clawfoot bathtub for indulgent soaks.

Two spacious ensuite guest bedrooms located in the main house each offer personality and privacy. The “Disco Room” has a king-size bed and a vintage vibe. The “Lips Room” features two queen-size beds and playful decor. Both are open to their own charming outdoor seating areas, ideal for a morning coffee.

Step outside to discover the backyard’s allure. The covered patio is perfect for dinner under the stars. RULES AND THINGS TO NOTE:
**Security cameras cover entrances to house, none inside or in back.
**Pool and spa heat are optional for $30-$80 per day. This fee is not included in the quoted price on some booking platforms and, if not, will be collected after you book.
**Minimum age for every guest is 25 unless accompanied by a parent. No groups larger than 8 (regardless of age) and no parties.
**Palm Springs has strict noise, occupancy, and parking rules, INCLUDING THAT NO MUSIC IS ALLOWED OUTSIDE AT ANY TIME. Violation of these rules will result in a $1000 fine and immediate eviction from the house with no refund.
**Included in your booking is an accidental damage waiver fee which applies to covered damage up to $2000. Rules and limits apply. See the rental contract for more information.
**On rentals of 28-nights or more, the renter is responsible for the entire gas and electric bill from check-in to check-out based on meter reads. A $3500 utility deposit will be collected after booking and will be applied to these bills. Any remaining balance will be refunded to you, however you are responsible for any overages.
**The City of Palm Springs requires an additional written contract which you must sign after you book and requires that you send us a copy of your ID before you check in.
