Chef's kitchen with new appliances and a fully stocked pantry. Eco ICCF block casita built in 2023 in an Industrial Modern style appointed with vintage Scandinavian mid-century furniture, polished concrete floors, lime plaster walls, and an exposed 10 ft.+ ceiling of wooden and metal truss beams. Enjoy the luxury Purple Mattress - sleep in ultimate comfort on linen-blend sheets. Smart house features like music inside and out with voice control Amazon Music and touch free lighting. The Bath is a European Style wet bathroom with an additional rain head and hand held that you can take outside to a private walled patio. Only 13 minutes drive into Old Bisbee, Safeway, restaurants, events and a lot more!
Located at the southern base of the Sky Island Mule Mountains with 360° views. Flexible dining in or out with multi featured grill and outside hot and cold sink on a wrap around patio. Cozy open floor plan with lots of glass and light inspired by the best of the Palm Springs indoor/outdoor lifestyles. Unparalleled tranquility, Adventure and comfort, Privacy, Jaw dropping sunsets. Unwind with a drink as the sun dips below the Huachuca Mountains. Check-in check-out with me for hiking guidance and your safety; proper gear required. Let me know if you have any questions ahead of confirming your booking.
Organic Vegetable Garden tour available with some designated access to U-pick. I like to go over how things work early on. Best to do the check-in with me but not necessary. Day time arrival recommend. The Casita is very well situated for privacy and has it's own driveway. I am available should you need anything and I do live on the property. You may check with me ahead of time to confirm any pantry items in stock. Coffee is complimentary via a very easy Keurig Supreme. I can have certain items for your breakfast stocked at your request. 2 bathrobes are provided. Isle of Skye Casita and the surrounding desert may be unsafe or unsuitable for guests of a certain age. I'm happy to discuss any concerns you may have about that or anything else for that matter. (see guest access) Outside guests (your friends or family visiting you) are welcome. Please let me know your plans ahead of time. (registered guests only after 10pm)
Once you have completed your booking you will be asked to complete guest verification, a rental agreement and house rules through third-party provider Superhog. You will also be given the choice between a $500 security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver; this is required. They will contact you via email and/or text to complete the process. Please do so prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection. Superhog will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification. Please do so at your earliest convenience in order to complete the registration process.
