We recommend no more than 6 cars for a easy parking situation, but if you have more vehicles the driveway can hold up to 10 cars packed in.
HISTORY ( Bonnie & Clyde):
Fun tidbit on this 1911 beauty, we were told that Bonnie stayed in one of the rooms of Rose Haven House during her time in Waco. The story goes, Bonnie helped Clyde break out of the Waco jail and shortly after began their infamous crime spree.

Born and raised on a small ranch right outside of Waco, this town holds so many memories. My husband and I met at Texas Tech and live in Dallas now with our kiddos, dog, and chickens, yes in Dallas with chickens.
I first saw Rose Haven house in 2021 when looking for a home to bring my family and others together,

In 2021, RH was the first house I looked at and I fell in love but it was not our time... fast forward almost 3 years later, back on the market and still needing to be brought back to life I knew this was the house and our journey began January 2024.

I love to share Rose Haven house with groups and families as a place to gather and make memories. It is the perfect Large space to have a group reunite. I love that our home is not just a place to sleep ( even though we carefully choose mattresses, bedding, and pillow to create a great sleep… hey, I sleep here too).

Rose Haven is more than a nights sleep, it’s where families and groups make their Waco stay relaxing and special.

Why they chose this property

Rose Haven is centrally located near downtown Waco so it's almost a straight shot to Magnolia, Convention Center, Baylor, and all of Downtown attractions,

Right around the corner from all of Cameron Park and the zoo. In one of the older neighborhoods of Waco, Rose Haven was built in 1911 and still has so much of her original charm with updated modern comforts and amenities.
We know/have met most our neighbors with a mix of multi-generational families who have lived in their homes for decades to 'Fixer Upper' fans who have moved to update an older home to beauty.

What makes this property unique

Our home has ALL the Space a group could want with 2 living rooms, 7 bedrooms, and a huge backyard, it's comfort and comradery combined.
On top of that we constantly get complements on the comfort we've created in our bedding/pillow choices. AND if that wasn't enough Rose Haven has the tale of Bonnie staying in one of the rooms on her visit to Waco where she busted Clyde out. This infamous couple began their crime spree shortly after this historic Waco jail break and the great granddaughter of the original owner shared this interesting touch of history.
