Welcome to your ultimate country side retreat! Nestled in the Tennessee Valley this NEWLY RENOVATED ranch house is your perfect spot for family reunions, cozy double dates, or just peaceful, quiet, getaways!

KITCHEN/DINING ROOM
Featuring all new appliances, this kitchen is equipped for all your needs to make yourself at home. From pots, pans, and baking sheets to a Keurig, and blenders you'll have everything you need. The huge dining room table seats 6 people comfortably.

LIVING ROOM
Doused in natural light the spacious living room is perfect for family time. Sink into the couch with some popcorn while streaming your favorites on the huge 55" smart TV.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS
You'll sleep like never before in the queen size bed with a Tempur-Pedic Ease Powerbase. The other two bedrooms feature full size beds/mattresses. The primary bedroom and one of the other bedrooms have smart tv's as well.

BATHROOMS
Both bathrooms have been completely renovated with all essentials provided.

FRONT PORCH
Relax and soak in the countryside on the porch swing or in the rocking chairs! The huge front porch overlooks a spacious front yard with a beautiful pasture filled with cattle and wildlife across the street.

BACKYARD/OUTSIDE
The back deck features a cozy patio set and a gas grill. When you're done with your BBQ, relax and unwind out by the fire pit in the super comfortable Adirondack chairs. The backyard also features a beautiful, brand new, Amish built play-set for the kids. The deck bin has water guns and toys for the kids to play with as well as cushions for the patio chairs.

Whether you’re exploring historic Rogersville, taking scenics drives throughout the gorgeous Tennessee Valley, or simply soaking in the peaceful countryside this house promises unforgettable memories for all occasions!
