Welcome to H&O, a premier Airbnb-friendly building just steps away from the iconic Music Row and vibrant Edgehill. Step into a plush condo featuring an elevated design and private balcony, located on the 4th floor of an elevator building.

Our sophisticated condo features luxurious queen & king-size beds, a private patio, spacious bathrooms, and a fully equipped chef’s kitchen stocked with all essentials.

LAYOUT:
★ Enter into a spacious chef's kitchen, open to a cozy living room with a smart TV (Hulu Live, Movie & Sports Bundle included), a comfortable couch, and two cozy accent chairs.
★ On the right side of the living room, you will find a luxury suite with a king-size bed, TV, closet, and an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower, which is also accessible from the living room.
★ On the left side, you will find the second bedroom with two queen-size beds, a large closet, an ensuite bathroom with double vanities, and a luxury shower.
★ Smart lock system: the code to open the common areas and the unit will be texted to you the day before your arrival. Please make sure to provide a valid phone number

NEIGHBORHOOD:
Located in a safe, walkable, and quiet neighborhood, yet only a short ride to Broadway, this place is perfect for parents with children at Belmont or Vandy, groups coming to Nashville for the first time, and business travelers.
Walk to delicious restaurants such as Barcelona (tapas bar - dinner only), Sadie's (Mediterranean, great for lunch & brunch), Bella Napoli (one of the best pizzas in Nashville - patio, dinner only), or try the traditional Hattie B's Hot chicken Midtown. Sip a cocktail at Old Glory (speakeasy bar), or shop in one of the multiple clothing stores. If you'd like a coffee in the morning, other than the one provided in the condo, walk 2 min to The Well Coffeehouse Koinonia around the corner! And if you like to start the day with a yoga practice, check out Shakti Power Yoga across the street!
Guest needs to sign a rental agreement before check-in to receive door codes. You will find a summary of the rental agreement below:
- A guest portal link will be sent to guests after booking. Guests must refer to their guest portal for available upsells, listing descriptions and access, and policies.
- The building does not allow pets
- This is a smoke-free environment
- For same-day bookings, we reserve the right to push the check-in time to 6:00 PM
- Please respect our quiet hours between 11 PM and 7 AM.
- On-site Parking is available free of charge, on a first come first served basis. Additional free street parking and paid parking is available in the neighborhood
- Please do not tape the walls, or do anything that damages the paint.
- No parties allowed. Please do not use any glitter/confetti inside the condo
- For stays of 14 days or longer, an additional cleaning fee of the same amount as the original fee will apply
- Host reserves the right to enter the property with reasonable notice for inspection or to address necessary maintenance issues.
- No more than 8 people (for 1 and 2BD properties) and 12 people (for 3 and 4BD properties) allowed in the property at any time
- Guest who books must be 21 or older and must be present at check-in and throughout the stay.
- For guest's safety, there might be cameras on the premises. No undisclosed cameras or recording devices are inside the property.
- For every house rule violation, a fee will apply. Fees will be described in the rental agreement.
