You can walk to local restaurants, bars, and shops. Publix is even a 5-10 min walk away or a 3 min car ride. If you are going a little farther away you can drive and come back knowing your parking space is safe with free parking on premises.

NO CLEANUP REQUIRED!! Just leave any used sheets and towels on the floor before you leave and we will take care of the rest!

he security system which includes the doorbell camera and smoke detector as well as the WiFi equipment are there for your safety and comfort, tampering with or disabling the security system and those items without prior approval is a violation of house rules and will result in an immediate cancelation of the reservation.
No parties, events, get-togethers or other similar events are allowed.
No Loud music or disturbances, especially noise past 9 pm.
We are not responsible or liable for any accidents, injuries or illness that occur while on the premises. We are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables during your stay. We cannot be responsible for any items left behind but if you let us know we will do our best to look for it and have it sent back to you.
Unapproved late check out will result in a fee of $75 Every 30 min after 11 am.
There is a $50 per night per person fee for each person that is not stated in the number of guests in your reservation.
There is a $250 cleaning fee for smoking of any kind
