Enjoy the panoramic sea views from this top floor wonderful two bedroom apartment in a fantastic gated complex - Carihuela Park Palace - just steps from the old quarter and beach. Freshly decorated and with 2 pools, tennis courts, onsite restaurant/bar, children’s play area and market you’ll be tempted not to leave , but just steps away beckon La Carihuela’s famous old shopping street with a wonderful choice of shops and restaurants.The nearest "all you will need" supermarket is the brand new Carrifour just a few meters from the gates of the complex , but there are many local supermarkets within meters - make sure you find the fruit market ! Just a few steps more and you’re on La Carihuela’s 2.1 Kilometer beach where you can promenade on the Paseo, eat at one of Carihuela’s famous Chiringuitos or just bask in the sun. A further refresh of the apartment has just been undertaken (January2023 ) which includes the whole apartment repainted and new linens in both the master bedroom and front room and a change in the furniture which includes new and reconfigured .Please note all linens and towels are replaced as a matter of course at regular intervals so all should feel fresh and new ! Fiber optic internet is included for unlimited access to accommodate your teenagers! Windows on three sides afford fabulous views of the sea and mountains with a 180 degree view of the Mediterranean from the spacious balcony.

Perfect home from home.
We have the highest praise for this fantastic apartment. The location is excellent for proximity to the shops, restaurants and beach of La Carihuela. It is a 15 minute walk to Torremolinos where you can easily take a train to Malaga. The bus route is behind the accommodation too. The host is lovely and goes the extra mile to ensure your stay is hassle free. The air conditioning, facilities and room overall is great. Lovely Apartment near beach with Amazing Views
Apartment is light and bright with a beautiful sea view which is enjoyed from the balcony. Easy walk to beach, restaurants, services and groceries. Great WiFi! Owner is very nice and easy to work with. Had a wonderful stay and plan to return next year.

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in dieser Wohnung. Sie ist sehr modern eingerichtet und perfekt ausgestattet. Von einer kleinen Ausstattung an Lebensmitteln (Kaffee, Tee, Zucker, Essig + Öl, Gewürze), allen Haushaltsutensilien die man benötigt bis hin zu diversen Ladkabeln und Steckern ist alles vorhanden. Es gibt viel Stauraum in den Zimmern und vor allem im Bad! Die grandiose Aussicht vom Balkon und die Morgensonne haben wir jeden Tag genossen.

Fabulous apartment with wonderful views
From the moment I started to communicate with Theresa the owner I knew this would be a lovely place to stay as she was always spot on with her replies in such quick time. When we walked through the door the apartment was exactly as the description and photos only better we had a fantastic time in what is a fabulous apartment and a fabulous area with lots of bars ,restaurants , supermarkets and shops within easy walking distance. All in all a wonderful stay which we will 100% do again so if anyone is looking then this is a must to sty in.

Another fabulous week!
We had another great week at La Carihuela. The apartment was spotless. Appreciated the washing machine - handy for rinsing our swimming clothes through. The views on the balcony are amazing I watched many a sunrise and sunset. So relaxing! It was hot and sunny all week so we enjoyed walks, chilling and swimming at the pool and beach, shopping and eating out. Our favourite restaurants are Il Gusto, La Fragata de Tito, Los Leones and Dona Gabriella. But there are so many great places! Theresa and Home stay were excellent. Highly recommend! Thank you again for another perfect holiday.

Prachtig appartement!
We hebben niet zo’n mooi weer gehad! Maar hebben het beste ervan gemaakt. We zijn helaas alle twee ziek geworden na 5 dagen en waren blij dat we in zo’n mooi appartement woonde met uitzicht! De laatste dagen hebben we nog op het strand gelegen en kunnen genieten.

Brilliant apartment
The apartment is in a residential area which includes a lovely pool and well kept gardens there is also a tennis court, childrens area and a fitness area. There is an on site club that includes a restaurant. There is also an on site supermarket. The apartment is on the ninth floor. The good sized balcony faces East and boasts a fantastic view of the Mediterranean. There is everything for you to enjoy your stay. We welcomed by Kim who gave us all the information about the apartment and the surroundings. We loved the two weeks we were there and made friends too

Très beau “penthouse” très propre avec toutes les commodites. Bien situé, près de la mer, restaurants, épicerie, etc!. Malheureusement, la température nous a empêché de profiter du patio, surtout le vent. Bon et beau séjour!

Perfekte Ferienwohnung
Ich hatte einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt und fand alles so vor, wie in der Beschreibung. Jeden Morgen ein fantastischer Blick mit Sonnenaufgang vom Balkon. Zentral gelegen, nur wenige Schritte zur Strandpromenade, doch sehr ruhig. Die Kommunikation und Begrüßung waren sehr nett. Es gab ein Starterpaket und es waren auch viele Grundnahrungsmittel und Gewürze vorhanden, die sich im schmalen Schrank rechts neben dem Backofen befinden. Das SAT TV funktionierte nicht, aber das Basis Programm und Wifi waren vollkommen ausreichend. Ein Apartment zum Wohlfühlen, in dem es an nichts fehlt. Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt und komme gerne wieder. Vielen Dank für alles!

Our stay at your condo was wonderful. Your immediate attention to the check in confusion was so kind and unnecessary, but thank you. The only thing that bothered us a little was coming home at night. The lights on the walkway to the apartment do not light up, there was no light in the porch light to see to use the key or lights on the baloney. Minor things, but I thought you would like to know. Thank you for sharing your apartment with us.

9th Floor Penthouse. Costa del Sol, Spain.
Centrally situated for all amenities, the apartment's balcony has 180 degree views of the sea and beach. Internally it is comfortable and is let with pleasing extras as a welcome from the owners. With abundant restaurants bars and shops locally, it is a great place to enjoy Spain's playground.

The apartment was fantastic, very spacious and well equipped. The views from the balcony are stunning. Communication and key collection was very easy. The beach, bars, shops and restaurants are within a couple of minutes walk. The pool area and gardens are nice and quiet.

Skønt ophold og fantastisk vært
Vi har haft et fantastisk ophold i Theresas lejlighed. Jeg vil anbefale den til alle som ønsker en ferie i et område hvor sol og strand er hvad der ønskes. Lejligheden er super godt indrettet, wifi der fungerer rigtig godt, der er alt hvad man skal bruge og udsigten er helt fantastisk både om dagen og om aftenen. Der stod en velkomstpakke klar da vi kom, så der både var lidt brød, vin, vand og øl. Virkelig skønt. Theresa er det bedste vært jeg nogensinde har mødt, hun har været hjælpsom hele vejen igennem og har på grund af Covid tilbudt os ombooking, det lykkedes os heldigvis at komme afsted i 2022, selvom lejligheden oprindeligt var booket i 2020. Også Kate som tog imod os i lejligheden har været hjælpsom og venlig. KAN KLART ANBEFALES.
