Pensacola getaway for the WHOLE family
A great place (with a very cool arcade)newly remodeled home with all new furnishings big enough for a couple of families. -Centrally located-
a very short drive to beautiful Pensacola BEACHES(25min), 10-20min drive to
Pensacola airport
Blue wahoos stadium
Pensacola Ice flyers
University of west Florida
Cordova mall and other great shopping and restaurants
Pensacola state college
Less than 10 mins to
Pensacola Christian College
And the brand new Baptist hospital.
Additional HOUSE RULES
As this is a home that is regularly used for my personal family vacation home I ask for your respecting of all the rules to continually provide a great stay for my family and all my guests. Thank you see rules below:
(doorbell camera will be used to verify compliance with the NO PARTY rule and accurate guest count policy)
1. No parties or events
2. PLEASE BE HONEST IN YOUR GUEST COUNT. I have a fair extra guest fee that covers the extra cleaning for additional guests. Therefore I ask for an accurate guest count upfront. I’m very reasonable if a friend or family member unexpectedly decides to stay please message me and let me know.
3. No pets allowed
4. No smoking of any kind on the property
5. Please do not eat or drink in the bedrooms
6. Please respect the noise curfew for respect to the neighbors.
7. Please honor check in/check out times, As the cleaning service needs plenty of time to make sure the house is clean and ready for the next guests.
8. Please care for and respect all furnishings on the property we want everyone to enjoy a nice clean, and cared for environment (guests are liable for damages.)
9. Please do not Rearrange furniture with the exception of the sectional in the living room to turn into a bed.
10. It is very appreciated if all dirty dishes could be placed in the dishwasher and started before checkout.
11. Please place any trash in the outside trash can and if your stay is on a Thursday please take to the street Thursday morning or Wednesday evening.
12. No illegal substances allowed on the property.
13. Please no parking in the grass

Older neighborhood that other investors are also buying in as seemingly a hidden gem that is seeing revitalization because it is centrally located to everything Pensacola has to offer such as 3 colleges and a brand new Baptist Hospital right down the road
What makes this property unique
A cool arcade, a nice relaxing sitting room convenient for reading, sipping coffee or listening to music and the house is laid out very well for a group and still having plenty of privacy
