Welcome to Sunrise Paradise Villa, your new vacation retreat, ideally located near the golf courses, the Sawgrass mills, the Guitar Hotel and Hard Rock Stadium, 25 minutes from Fort Lauderdale Beach and 35 minutes from Hollywood Beach.

This family-friendly home accommodates up to 10 guests across 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, living and dining room, with full kitchen and laundry room. Relaxation awaits with a private heated salt water pool, perfect for unwinding after a day of adventure. Our place is equipped for both long or short stays to make your holiday one to remember. Guests have access to all home and backyard except the garage.

PARKING:
You can park in the driveway and you have extra space parallel, between the street and the sidewalk.

WI-FI:
You will find the WI-FI Username and Password posted on the refrigerator.

LIVING ROOM:
It immediately feels like home, with a comfy sofa, a coffee table for snacks and drinks, and a large smart TV for movie nights.

BEDS AND ACCOMMODATIONS:
You will find 1 kind bed, 2 double and 2 twin beds in the three spacious and thoughtfully decorated bedrooms. Each room provides a peaceful haven for restful nights.

In addition, we have a comfortable sofa bed that can be extended into a double bed, you will find extra pillows, linens, and sheets inside the master room closet.

LOCATIONS OF COMMON ITEMS:
The fully equipped kitchen including electric stove, a haven for culinary enthusiasts, features modern appliances and ample counter space for creating delightful meals. The pots and pans are in the cupboard to the left of the dishwasher. The coffeemaker is on the counter.

The washer and dryer are in the Kitchen. They’re pretty straightforward to use. I would recommend the “Quick Wash” setting unless your clothing needs a really deep clean.

BATHROOMS:
Besides the in-suite bathroom of the master bedroom, the home features another full bath accessible from the main living area. Both are stocked with fresh towels and essential toiletries, so you don't have to worry about bringing your own.

TV STREAMING:
Tv streaming services require guest accounts to access.

HEATED SALT-WATER SWIMMING POOL:
Step outside to the private pool area equipped with luxury amenities for ultimate relaxation, sun lounge, BBQ, seating area with tables and chairs.

FINALLY, PLEASE REMEMBER THE HOUSE RULES:
– No smoking or vaping inside the home.
– No parties or events.
– Checkout is at 12 PM.
– Please refrain from making noise past 10 PM.
