Pond Front Guest House Escape in the Foothills
Escape to the mountains in this 2 story, two bedroom guest home - right on a gorgeous fishing pond. Feels like you're in the middle of nowhere, yet minutes to Starbucks, a grocery store, pharmacy, restaurants and more!
A spacious living room with a large flatscreen tv and modern boho decor welcomes you. There’s a dining and bar area next to the full kitchen featuring a Nespresso machine. The downstairs bedroom features a queen bed and ** it’s through this room that you access the full bathroom. Near the stairs you’ll find the piano and workspace.
Upstairs features another queen bed as well as a twin bed, along with legos and other toys and books for kiddos. * Please note the loft has a shed ceiling (tallest in the middle). Anyone taller than 5'9" might not be able to stand up all the way. There are room darkening shades to make for a great night's sleep.
Outside is a basketball court, outdoor seating and the fishing pond. You’re welcome to take out the kayak or boat - and even throw in a line! The pond is stocked with bass and other fish.

Why they chose this property
We've lived on this road for years and love that we feel like we're in the middle of nowhere, but close to everything. We've worked really hard remodeling our home and love doing home and yard projects.
What makes this property unique
The pond is one of the best and most beautiful features of the property *please note it is a catch & release pond only. The road is great for walking or running - let us know if you want a recommendation on a nice loop. There’s also a small gym less than a mile down the road where you can pop in for a workout or massage after purchasing a day or week guest pass.
A Starbucks, CVS, gas stations, adorable grocery store/market with everything you’d need are right down the road - about a 3 minute drive. There’s also a breakfast/lunch cafe, a Mexican restaurant, a hardware store and a pizza place - among other things. Have a look at our guidebook for recommendations!
