Private two-bedroom guest suite 15 minutes to most destinations in Music City

Cozy, quiet guest suite boasting stone walls and two queen sized beds. The home is about 15 minutes to any destination in Music City. The space is private & has a keyless entry through the door at the lower level of the home. You'll have access to the back yard with a fire pit and a creek. The bathroom, kitchen, and coffee bar are stocked with the necessities.

You'll receive your own private entry code. You'll have the entire basement guest suite to yourself, with two bedrooms, a full kitchen, bathroom, and living room. The back yard with a creek and fire pit are yours to enjoy as well (minus the shed). We live upstairs but the spaces are completely separate.

There are two bedrooms with comfortable queen-sized beds, a cozy living room, kitchen, bathroom, and dining area.

The coffee bar is stocked with keurig pods, sugars & creamers, and various snacks. Board games, a TV, and a creek are available for you to enjoy.

The driveway is a down-hill slope worth considering if you have any mobility restrictions.

(The creek may be dry during summer months.)
