Serenity at Cypress Dunes is located in the quiet gated community Cypress Dunes. It is located on Scenic Hwy 30A with resort style amenities. It is nestled between Topsail State National Preserve and the Gulf of Mexico offering a peaceful and tranquil atmosphere.
This high-end, single family home features a fireplace, granite countertops, wood flooring, and 3 porches with ample outdoor gathering space. The luxurious clubhouse overlooks Topsail Hill State Preserve and the Gulf of Mexico. The clubhouse features a 4,000 square foot infinity-edge pool, exercise/fitness center, an oversized hot tub, dining facility, outdoor fireplace and tennis/pickle ball courts.
Cypress Dunes does not have direct access to the beach due to the beautiful and protected State Park dunes. The local beach access is 1 mile away, about a 3 minute drive from our home or a 10 minute bike ride.
We provide 4 bikes to get around, tennis and pickleball gear, beach chairs, and boogie boards at no extra charge.
