Coin or Card Op Washer and Dryer is just at the 6th Floor for easy access.
Also is the 6th Floor recreation deck with Pool, Sun Deck, Jacuzzi, Sauna and BBQ grills.

Central location is walking friendly to beach (10 mins), shopping, restaurants and attractions.

The Island Colony building offers a range of amenities for your convenience.


On the 6th floor, you’ll find our Quarters or Credit/Debit Card Operated Laundry facilities. The Washer and Dryer are just inside the building for your easy convenience. Trash Chute is just at the same floor and all floors. We also have a 24/7 front desk that issues fobs upon arrival and a security desk at the lobby level.

You’ll appreciate the access to the amenity floor which features a rejuvenating swimming pool, sun deck, jacuzzi, sauna, and convenient BBQ grills. For those looking to stay active, our Fitness Center is available with a waiver & $5 one-time fee per person paid directly to the building. The Island Colony Mini Mart is a sundry store for quick purchases.

Paid Parking is available with the building parking garage managed by Elite Parking. This is arranged and paid to them directly.

On the lobby floor, you’ll find the Forty Niner Waikiki Eatery/Cafe. Be sure to give their solid delicious favorites a try: Banana French toast, Ube pancakes, Lemon & Ricotta pancakes. They also serve a delightful Hawaiian Breakfast which includes rice, eggs, Kalua Pig, and Lomi Lomi Salmon.

Surroundings -
In terms of attractions, the beach is just a quick 10-minute walk away.
There's also nearby Biki Rental. Also a Drive Share Hui with parking in the building, great choice if you just want to use car when going to the North Shore.

For your shopping needs, the new Waikiki Market is just a short walk away from the building. It offers a great selection and plentiful choices for your groceries. The distance makes it very convenient whether with or without car.

Please be aware that you are staying in a highly humid climate and my unit is in close proximity of a large body of water - the Ala Wai Canal. Ants, geckos, termites, cockroaches and other insects live here and are a regular part of everyday life. We deal with pests professionally and will always provide you with a well-kept home, but please note that these types of visitors are not uncommon to encounter.

Regular preventive treatment by a professional pest control company; scheduled service dates and they will require access inside the unit. Your presence is not required. This is a procedure that establishes a safe, minimal pest environment within the individual apartments.

Building quiet but Waikiki is a busy place

Yes very ample lanai and several of co-habitants in area are quiet and/or residents. 6th floor has well appointed C-store, friendly staff and co-habitants . Only thing I can whine about is just being in a busy city with people who like to party, and a peaky feral rooster in a nearby park. I'm sure the rooster will be taken care of soon LOL
