Nestled in the Center of Waikiki, this spacious 1BR offers a great location paired with captivating views of the Ala Wai Canal from your generous lanai. As of February 2023: A brand-new window AC has been installed in the BR.

Quarters or Credit/Debit Card Operated Laundry facilities/Washer/Dryer are just inside the building (6th floor) for your easy convenience.

You'll appreciate the access to the amenity floor: a rejuvenating swimming pool, sun deck, jacuzzi, sauna and convenient BBQ grills.

Your bedroom boasts a queen-sized bed, while the living room features a convenient full-size sofa bed, ensuring a restful stay for up to four guests.

Savor your morning coffee or unwind with an evening cocktail on the expansive 106-square-foot lanai, offering serene views of the Ala Wai canal and a refreshing breeze.

The well-equipped open kitchen invites culinary adventures, including a spacious refrigerator, cooktop, microwave, glassware, dishes, utensils, and etc.

Fresh bed linens are provided for your comfort, and complimentary WiFi and Cable TV ensure that you stay seamlessly connected.

Recent Upgrades:
February 2023: A new window air conditioner has been installed in the bedroom.
June 2021: A new living room TV was added.
As of March 2021, we have upgraded our Cable and Internet services to Hawaiian Telcom, offering download speeds of up to 500 Mbps and upload speeds of up to 300 Mbps with a directly wired connection. Please keep in mind that internet speed connections may vary due to factors such as device compatibility, network updates, and other external variables. WiFi performance can also fluctuate due to factors like interference, network congestion, the number of connected devices, and simultaneous application usage.

On the lobby floor, you'll find the Forty Niner Waikiki Eatery/Cafe. Definitely give their solid delicious favorites a try: Banana French toast, Ube pancakes, Lemon & Ricotta pancakes. They also serve Hawaiian Breakfast which is rice, eggs, Kalua Pig, and Lomi Lomi Salmon.

For fitness enthusiasts, we are conveniently situated across from the picturesque jogging path along the Ala Wai Boulevard.

The new Waikiki Market is just walk away from the building. Great selections, plentiful of choices for your groceries. Bonus - the Olili at Waikiki Food + drink is inside the store and the Piko Kitchen + Bar is just downstairs.

Building works / Noise Notice
The building is scheduled for Spall/Concrete Repairs to the exterior of the building (lanai railings/exterior walls/overheads) from January 2023 through end of October 2023

Repairs/Work will be done Monday-Friday, from 8am to 4pm. (weather permitting). Dates are subject to change and fluctuate based on findings or challenges met during the work.

The entire sixth (6th) floor is dedicated to the many amenities for you. Amenities include a very large Pool with views overlooking the Canal and mountains, Community Sized tiled Jacuzzi, and Dry Sauna. Many Cabanas and lounge chairs for sun bathing and benches for romantic stargazing and conversation, as well as Numerous BBQ grills and tables for outdoor cookouts. You also have a Mini Market open until midnight and 24hr Laundry.
Gym is available with one time fee.

Hallway closet is locked and not available for guest.
The Mailbox is not available for guest use.

I am in and out of town but when I am not in town my agent will be available to help you have a wonderful time on the paradise.

Located at 445 Seaside Avenue in the heart of Waikiki, it is only minutes walk to all the restaurants, shops including Royal Hawaiian Shopping Center and the Duty-Free Mall (DFS), and the grocery store is only one (1) minute walk away.

One block from Bus stop that can take you to any destination, whether you want to hike Diamond Head, Snorkel at Hanauma Bay, explore North Shore, visit the historic Pearl Harbor or go clubbing on Hotel Street in Chinatown or do more shopping at Waikele Outlets or Beautiful Ala Moana shopping center. It’s only two (2) blocks from the beach.

If you have a car, you can park for free on Ala Wai Blvd which is right next to the building. You just need to move your car on Mondays and Fridays from 8:30am to 11:30am for street sweeping.
You can alternatively park in the building garage for $30/day if you stay in this unit( we will send you information upon reservation) , it costs $35/day for any other visitors.

Please be aware that you are staying in a highly humid climate and my unit is in close proximity of a large body of water - the Ala Wai Canal. Ants, geckos, termites, cockroaches and other insects live here and are a regular part of everyday life. We deal with pests professionally and will always provide you with a well-kept home, but please note that these types of visitors are not uncommon to encounter.

Regular preventive treatment by a professional pest control company; scheduled service dates and they will require access inside the unit. Your presence is not required. This is a procedure that establishes a safe, minimal pest environment within the individual apartments.
