About the host

Host profile image
We are Los Angeles natives and we live in the area. We have been hosts for over a decade and we pride ourselves on providing quality responsive service as well as a well stocked unit.

Why they chose this property

We like this area because of its proximity to city life and activities yet it is well removed with mature trees, hills and a friendly neighborhood. It also has good access to public transportation, great food options close, interesting architecture and cultural diversity.

What makes this property unique

This property was built in 1903 with an original center hall Victorian design. It was converted to a triplex in the 30's. It is situated on a hill built into bedrock with a terraced garden. The terraced area offers private patios for each unit with the grand stairway dividing the two. There are high ceilings and a lush garden.
