Welcome! We offer a fully FURNISHED 1 BEDROOM UNIT WITH BALCONY FACING AMENITIES (24.10SQM) on the 20th floor.

We have a fully furnished and beautifully decorated unit. The building lobby and service are like a 5-star hotel. The building is new, and the building staff are unbelievably helpful and courteous. Our place is very cozy. We have designed it to make you feel comfortable and at home.

2.) High-speed cable and internet.
3.)All units are clean and well-maintained.
4.)With Brand New 1 queen size bed and 1 sofa bed.
5.)Complete Brand New cooking and kitchen utensils.
6.)Hair dryer, Iron, Bath towels, Shampoo, Body Soap, Tissue, Coffee, Water, and In-door slippers.
7)The building is new and the building staffs are unbelievably helpful and courteous.

*Amenities available are swimming pools, kiddie pools, children's playground, outdoor fitness zone, and outdoor lounge.
*The lobby can also be used to entertain guests.
*The building has function rooms that can be used subject to property management policy.
*Currently, SMDC charges P150 per person per day for regular days and P300 per person for holidays. The pool is open from 7 AM to 10 PM. Only 3 people are allowed to access the pool per unit.
NOTE: If you wish to use the pool, please inform our staff 24 hours before arrival or you can go to admin office before 4pm the day prior to pay the fees.

This is a brand new property. Take a look at the 5-star lobby. Staff are very courteous and helpful. Amenities are great. We took time to renovate the units so they will be very comfortable for you. I bought properties for rentals because I go back to the Philippines few times a year to take care of my businesses in Palawan and each time I stay in Manila, I feel like the higher end hotels are too expensive. Our units are very affordable but you will have a feeling of being in 5-star hotel because of the quality of the room and everything that goes with it, the building itself, the staff and the location.
