Escape to our cozy, comfortable retreat, located just 1 hour and 45 minutes from South Padre Island Beach and 40 minutes from Mexico. Enjoy the large swimming pool and relax in our spacious outdoor area featuring a BBQ pit and full bath. Inside, the home offers a fully equipped kitchen, washer, dryer, and a pool table for fun evenings. Smart TVs and a dedicated work desk. This charming getaway is perfect for both relaxation and productivity, making it an ideal choice for your next vacation.
Beautiful and peaceful home is available and ready for to enjoy. 3 bedrooms 3.5 baths, large living room area perfect to watch your favorite ball games. Large kitchen and dining. It has an amazing swimming pool, BBQ pit, outside full bath perfect for your summer gateaways.
You can utilize the entire house except master walk in closet.
We can communicate via airbnb message system
Our home can comfortably sleep 8 individuals, however, we have an extra mattress in the closets small bedroom to sleep 2 more. You have room to set up in the master bedroom or living room.

Pool Hours (24/7)
The pool is open for use 24/7, Enjoy the pool as you please.
Safety First!
No diving or running around the pool area. Safety is our top priority.
Supervision for Kids is very important.
Children must be accompanied by an adult while using the pool.
No Glass in the pool.
Please refrain from bringing glass containers near the pool area to avoid accidents.
Swim Attire, come prepared(:
Proper swim attire is required in the pool area.
Quiet Hours
To ensure a peaceful environment, please observe quiet hours from 12:00 AM to 7:00 AM.
Guest Limit (6 overnight)
A maximum of 12 guests are allowed at any given time. We can comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests over night. Guest are welcome to bring their own air mattresses.
No Smoking!
Smoking is not permitted inside the home. Penalties are enforced and expedited cleaning fees will apply. Please avoid smoking inside, thank you!
Be considerate of our neighbors by keeping noise levels down.
To keep the pool clean, please refrain from bringing food into the pool area.
Dispose of trash in the provided bins. Keep the pool area tidy for everyone to enjoy.
Guests are responsible for their own safety and any damages caused to the pool area.
Guests are permitted to have an event if granted permission beforehand. Fees may apply. A waiver must be signed before renting property releasing the owner and his affiliates from any liability. Thank you and enjoy your stay.
