Home Amenities Pricing:
- 1 day notification is required in order to heat the pool and pool spa.
*25$ non-refundable trip fee if guest asks for pool heat day of arrival or throughout their stay*
- Pool heat is available between October and April for an additional fee of $50 per day plus tax.

Parking notes: Parking pass will be printed for guests at the gate. This pass must be placed on your dashboard. Parking spaces available in driveway. Street parking allowed in marked spaces only. Vehicles parked outside the lines of the marked space will be towed. Parking in the pool area is not to be used for overnight parking. At Solterra, guests can have up to 5 cars, they just need to make sure that the gate issues them passes (main res holder can get them). Two car driveway with additional parking right on the street. Super convenient! Again, they can only have up to 5 vehicles.
Solterra is a gated resort style community in Central Florida near Disney and all the Orlando area attractions. It has its own world class recreation center featuring a clubhouse, fitness center, pool, water slide, Cafe Sol poolside restaurant and a lazy river.
The Leisure Patron Amenity Access Fee will be charged at the clubhouse front desk when guests check in.
The primary person will need to provide:
Their reservation information which shows:
The rental property address.
Check in and check out date.
Number of guests.
Identification that matches the reservation name.
License plate information for the primary vehicle.
The guest will then pay the Leisure Patron Amenity Access Fee. The fee will be charged via Square with a credit or debit card only. No cash will be accepted. It is a one-time fee per house per reservation. They will be issued a Resort Access Card (2 cards max will be issued per party) to show the front gate of the pool at each entry, they will also be issued the 4-digit code for the month that will allow access to the gym. Guests will need to have this card in their possession on the pool deck as well for staff to verify if asked. After hours check-ins will go to the guard gate. The guard gate will issue car passes and guests will need to visit the clubhouse once reopened to pay the Leisure Patron Amenity Access Fee to gain access to the pool the next day.

-This is not a party house, quiet hours will be strictly enforced.
-Do not move any furniture or appliances. Nothing is to be moved or modified in the home.

Renters will need to sign our rental agreement in addition to paying a $65.00 non-refundable payment for incidentals authorization and damage waiver along with a copy of I.D is required prior to checkin.
