In the field of education, my wife and I are recent empty nesters. Our daughter is a Penn State Alumni, giving us the opportunity to travel to visit her while you enjoy our home.

Why they chose this property

The neighborhood is very well maintained, featuring about 100 family homes. It is close to everything in town, while being very quiet and having enjoyable views.

What makes this property unique

We have an all remodeled home, with every room of our 1999 house having been updated and renovated. The outdoor space offers great seating on a covered porch, or on a spacious secluded rear deck. We are 3 houses away from our neighborhood park, and just up the street from the bike paths which lead directly to the Penn State Golf course and stadium. Rental Spin bikes are available just down the street if you would like to enjoy the biking experience.
