Wintervue is a gorgeous home, located in the heart of West Virginia. When pulling in you will see a fire pit for guest use and a large wrap around deck to begin your getaway on with seating, a grill, and a gate to keep little ones and fur babies safe. Now that you've seen the outside it's time to head on...

The main entry brings you right into the living area, this home is decorated beautifully, full of charm and warmth to make your stay here feel warm and cozy. The living room and kitchen offer everything you will need for your stay. The kitchen is stocked with all the essentials as well as both a Keurig and regular coffee pot for all those coffee enthusiasts. Enjoy your time lounging in the living room watching tv or enjoying the fireplace while you read a book or just hang out with friends and family making memories to last a lifetime.

Down the hall are two bedrooms, the first bedroom has a queen size bed (sleeps 2), the second has a twin xl, and a twin with a trundle (sleeps 3). On the main floor you will also find a full bath with a bathtub/shower combo, the laundry room and access to the basement. The basement is partially finished, the owners will be adding additional items for guest as they work on completing it.

Upstairs you will find a beautiful master suite featuring a king size bed, attached bathroom and loft with seating. The basement is newly finished offering two full size beds, sleeping 4 with an additional full bathroom. Seating and plenty of room in the remaining area to hang out with the family and kids.This is the perfect home for anniversaries, honeymoons, weekend getaways for a couple or small family...oh and it's pet friendly! Pet fee for this home is $50 for 1-3 days, 4+ days is $75, non-refundable-DOGS ONLY.

While staying at Wintervue you will have access to the amenities offered at the resort such as the heated indoor pool, fitness center, and restaurant. Want to be outside in nature? Alpine has you covered with hiking and biking trails, a stocked lake for fishing, a beach area, kayaks and canoes, basketball court, 18-hole golf course, mini golf, and more. This home is located minutes away from several state parks, cross country ski trails, and is within close proximity to the Wisp Resort and Canaan Valley area. Enjoy all the activities that this area has to offer including whitewater rafting and downhill skiing. You won't want to miss the waterfalls at Swallow Falls State Park or the beauty of the Cranesville Swamp. The town of Oakland is located within 10 minutes and features several restaurants and a quaint downtown shopping area.

Please note - prior to booking there is 21 years of age minimum requirement & must be present during entire stay and is strictly enforced. Driver's License will be required and requested for all bookings. Failure to meet minimum age requirement upon check-in guest will be evicted and will NOT be refunded for the entire stay.

No Smoking of any kind is permitted in the property: If any signs of smoking are documented, the renter agrees to pay a $200.00 penalty fee. Smokers-please dispose of waste properly, our wildlife and other guests, especially with children appreciate it!

Supplies - please note the property only comes equipped with linens, wash clothes, towels and dishes. All other supplies including; dish soap, sponge, shampoo, trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper are NOT provided. The guest will need to supply their own during the entire stay.

This home has a 2 night minimum stay-during holidays there is a 3 night minimum stay. No stays longer than 14 days.
