Location appartement

Le gérant (Jeremy ) sur place était inexistant ( jamais vu. Répond aux messages tardivement )Ne s est pas déplacé ni pour notre arrivée ni pour notre départ à l état des lieux. Aucune consigne pour récupérer notre caution. Pas de cafetière sur place (achat non prévu laissé sur place pour les futurs locataires qui pourront boire du café le matin ). J attends maintenant le remboursement de la caution en espérant ne pas rencontrer de mauvaise surprise !!!

Me and my two sons were living in the apartment for 12 days in july 2017 in the area of Patong.

Me and my two sons were living in the apartment for 12 days in july 2017 in the area of Patong. There was 100 meter to the ocean and several restaurants and several small street food take away eating the food and just sit by the beach and look over the ocean. There was about 1,5 km to Patong and the great Beach were to you could walk to or get a taxi from the reception or from the street. The apartment was light and great with everything you may need. The balcon also with good space and the fantastic view over the sea and also view over moutains to the left. Also a great pool. Our host Jeremy was very helpfull and friendly. So we can absolute recommend to stay there. We were twice on a restaurant named Da Maurizio Bar Ristorante with great food and very god service and a nice view over stones in the water with spots on about 1.4 km from the appartment.

Jeremy was a superb host, incredibly accommodating and supportive. He went over and above his role,

Jeremy was a superb host, incredibly accommodating and supportive. He went over and above his role, trying his best to support us with taxi booking and early check in. Although I could not make it to Thailand in the end, my two grown up sons (23 and 20 years old) greatly enjoyed the apartment and all its amenities (the pool is absolutely lovely, as is the view and the surrounding facilities). Jeremy was very supportive of my eldest son whilst in my absence. Highly recommended for a family that does want to experience Thailand and all its attractions but who does not wish to stay in the middle of the busy and noisy areas. I will book this property again for our family holiday next year.
