• Shared space or whole home? The entire home is yours and you get complete private access. The entire home is just for you, your family, and friends.

• Safe neighborhood? Our home is in a secure and peaceful area. We also ask guests to maintain the peace and safety of our community using common sense.

• Check-in procedure? We use a self check-in method, with either a lockbox or keypad. You don't need to meet us at all.

• When will I receive the check-in instructions for my stay?
You can expect to receive the check-in instructions at around 12 PM (noon) on your check-in date.

• Check-out process? It's simple. Lock up and return the keys to their spot.

• Night-time check-in allowed? Absolutely, after your booking, we will send you a code online for the lockbox so you can check in yourself at any time. You don't need to meet us at all.

• Can I invite more guests? Yes, just update your booking if they usually stay overnight.
