Great Place
We needed a place to stay while our motor home was having some work done. This place fit the bill. The pictures are accurate, everything was immaculately clean and it was the best stocked place we have stayed in. I reported some florescent lights that were going out and they were replaced within a couple of hours. Great response and communication with the host. We highly recommend this property.

Very clean 1BR condo. Nice location near the clubhouse and pool. Easy to check in and out. Nice off the back deck. I used to own a 1BR condo at Pointe Royale. Great grounds and service all the way around

Great Place
This is a great place with a wonderful view of the golf course. The condo is nice and the neighborhood is great too. The only suggestions we had are that the king size bed really needs to be replaced. It left us in pain. Also, we could not use the toaster without setting off the smoke alarm so maybe the alarm just needs to be moved a little further from the kitchen. Also the door between the bathroom and the washer/dryer room will not shut fully because of the location of the washer/dryer combo. This made it awkward for the person in the bathroom without full privacy. My suggestion would be a folding door or pocket door.

Cute Little Condo
This condo was clean and communication was great. The bed was very comfortable and it was nice to have some extras lihe games, an umbrella, and smart tvs in 2 rooms. The kitchen was adequate but the cookware was pretty slim and difficult to prepare full meals with. Several small mantienece issues, but overall a very nice place. We loved the location with thr pond out back and the pool so close.

Excellent Condo
We love staying at Pointe Royale in Branson. It's located where you can access many areas of Branson. A calm, quiet and beautiful area nestled in the golf course. The club house restaurant has great food and a very friendly wait staff. This is our second time staying there and I know we'll return soon. The condo was perfect for the two of us. Very cozy with plenty of room and all of the amenities you'd ever need. Thank You!

Lovely Place
We absolutely loved our stay here. It was everything the listing said it would be and we really enjoyed it. There was a slight mishap with scheduling but my husband and I both felt like the property manager went above and beyond to fix the issue and we were both pleased with the accommodations. This was our first trip just the two of us in years and this was the perfect place to celebrate our 10 year anniversary. It was perfectly located so that you have privacy but also a quick drive to a lot of the popular attractions. Unfortunately as my luck would have it we were forced to cut our trip short due to health issues but hope we are able to come back and stay in the future. I thought of a couple of things on the way home that we forgot to do before leaving but my poor husband was trying his best lol.

Pointe Royale is an amazing place to stay! There is a restaurant on-site, which makes it really convenient. It’s close to all the local activities. There is fishing at the river on the grounds as well as hiking. The condo was conveniently located, clean, and enjoyable. It was perfect for me and my kids. I could bring my little dog which was a bonus. He enjoyed his walks around the grounds as well. It probably was on the listing and I missed it, but bring your own coffee. They do have a coffee pot & a Keurig. I’m actually glad they didn’t have coffee because it gave me the opportunity to buy some from Keeter’s. Which is absolutely amazing student made coffee! Pointe Royale is a great place to stay! Highly recommend. We will be back!

The condo is in a nice location to get to many things. Out of the high traffic area, but close enough to get wherever. Nice view of the golf course, although a septic smell would arise at certain times as we sat on the deck.

Condo was clean and location worked well. Short walk up hill to pool and clubhouse. Enjoyed breakfast and dinner at the clubhouse grill. Good food and staff were very friendly. After arriving we noticed that the keurig that was shown in the description wasn’t there. My wife contacted management and they brought one over later that evening which was much appreciated. A special thanks to the woman who dropped that off.( Sorry we didn’t get your name)

I was super excited to book this condo to stay for the weekend of my 25th birthday. Everything seemed fine when we checked in. The location was great and had a beautiful view of the lake on the golf course. However on the 2nd day we stayed in most of the day due to a thunderstorm. As my fiancé and I were watching tv I looked down at my dogs food to see how much he had eaten ( he gets anxious on trips and doesn’t eat much) when I looked down I saw ANTS EVERYWHERE. Now mind you he had just been fed, so it’s not like we left food out for hours. The ants were pouring in from the baseboards the more we looked the more there were. They were crawling all over the walls and the floors and all in our dogs food. We dumped the food and my fiancé went to grab paper towels to clean them up and then noticed ant killer in the cabinet under the sink… Which led us to believe the property management knew this was an issue and chose to rent out the unit anyway. We were extremely unhappy. We started cleaning and the amount of dirt and dander that was on the floor was awful. Had the unit been cleaned prior to our stay? It did not really seem like a it. I usually have great luck booking on VRBO however I was highly disappointed in our stay at this condo, and that put a huge damper on our trip.

The location and cleanliness was SUPERB!
We always stay in Pointe Royale we we visit Branson and this condo was by far our favorite. Besides it being so clean and cozy, the location was awesome! We sat out on the deck every morning and watched the golfers and geese. It was just great and so relaxing! Will book this exact condo on our next visit!
