Welcome to our cozy 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment located near the beautiful Ocean View Beach in Norfolk, Virginia! Whether you're here for business or leisure, our well-appointed space has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Enjoy a relaxing beach vacation in the fully renovated, professionally decorated, and pet friendly 750 square foot suite on the 2nd level of the chic Sand Dune Building.

There is no direct view of the ocean from inside the condo.

The Space:
This suite sleeps four guests and has two bedrooms, each with queen mattresses, full bedding, and ample storage with nightstands, dressers and full closets in each bedroom.

The living room has ample space for relaxation and has a 50” Smart TV with high-speed Wi-Fi.

There is one fully equipped bathroom with shampoo, conditioner, and soap, and a fully equipped kitchen with all utensils, appliances, and dinnerware needed for cooking during your stay.

All linens/bedding, including 4 sets of bath towels, are provided. Four beach towels are provided. No beach umbrella or beach toys are provided.

This unit is pet friendly. We allow up to 2 house trained dogs or cats and require:
-Pets not be allowed on the beds or furniture
-When pets are left alone, ideally, they are left in crates. Otherwise, the doors to the bedroom and bathroom should be left shut.

Guest Access:
Access is by private door with door code. There is no ramp or elevator in this building.

Guests will have the entire suite to themselves. All suites / units are fully separate with dedicated entrances.

Getting Around:
Parking - Guests are given one parking spot in the parking lot.

We do not have designed street parking-additional parking can be found at the beach access across the street from the building.

Other Things to Note:
House rules:
• Absolutely no smoking in or near the building. Any smoking must be outdoors at least 25 ft from the building. Guests will be fined if smoking policy is violated.
• No parties or events (gatherings over max occupancy of 4 will be shut down immediately unless previously approved by host)
• Check-in is anytime after 4PM
• Up to 2 house trained dogs or cats are allowed in unit. Pets are not allowed on/in beds. When left alone in unit, please crate. If no crate, shut all bedroom and bathroom doors.
• Please clean up after your pets when outdoors. Utilize the pet waste station to properly dispose of any pet waste.
• No fires or fire pits allowed on the beach.
• No fireworks allowed on the beach. Use of fireworks will result in a breach of house rules as many house fires have been started in the area due to fireworks.
• Please stay off of the rocks on the beach, as they become slippery and can be quite dangerous.
• Glitter of any kind is not allowed in the unit. Any sign of glitter throughout the unit will result in an immediate $100 cleaning remediation fee.

Check-out Instructions:
- Check-out is 11am
- Clean the dishes & return them
- Turn TV off
- Leave AC on in summer and heat on in winter
- Lock door behind you

Interaction with Guests:
Guests will have total privacy; we are available only when needed.
