Why they chose this property

I choose to rent out this property because it is so special to me and I would love to share the love and great neighbors with everyone else. I personally lived in this home for 8 years before we moved just a few miles down the road. With it being so close to HWY 6 it makes it so easy to get where you want to be in just a matter of minutes. The Carr Corner is only 2 miles from Blinn and Downtown Bryan, it is also 7 miles from TAMU making it very conveniently placed in town.

The Carr Corner is centrally located to most big events in the Bryan College Station Area.
