About this property

Private and Cozy 2-bedroom Townhome in Central San Jose, Free WiFi and parking

PRIVATE and new kitchen/appliances in a nicely maintained multihome/townhouse. 2-3 minutes’ drive to freeways: 101, 880, and 680. Rental bikes, fast food and grocery within 3 minutes walk. Help yourself to the fruit trees in our shared backyard, if in the season. We don't have cleaning fees (appreciate to take care of your general cleaning please). We look forward to hosting you at our place!

I´ll provide a super clean house and appreciate a clean house to avoid cleaning charges. Recommended laundry: 1 load biweekly for long term stay
Car washing and EV charging not allowed. house rule violation fee can be around $90 to $400 depending on the issue.
We don't have central AC since the weather doesn't get too hot typically but we have a portable AC (for small additional cost please).
