This fully air conditioned apartment has units in both bedroom and lounge which guests appreciate on hot summer days. It is a large 1 bedroom apartment (47sqm) sleeps 2 with large sofa bed sleeps 2 and is situated on the 1st floor with southwest facing private balcony, overlooking beautiful manicured private gardens.Juan Flore 'JF' is a new development in a sought after located between Cannes & Antibes on the Cote d'Azur, Nice Airport is only 20km away. 'JF' is a low rise (3 levels) gated with elevators and closed secure complex with 24 hour security with swimming pool, rock formation slide and a children area. 5 hectares of communal landscaped gardens. An underground walkway connects 'JF' to the public sandy Juan Beach. 'JF' is a short distance from the A8 Auto Route, Exit 44 & the No. 200 airport bus stop is 150m from this apartment. The train station is 500m away where France is your oyster. The centre of Juan is only a 10 min walk along the beach & boasts trendy shopping, restaurants & a vibrant nightlife.

A bus service is available from Terminal 1 to Antibes ( journey time approx. 45 minutes) and our booking agent will email detailed instructions upon booking if you choose to arrive by bus.

Magnifique séjour à Juan Flore
Séjour au top en famille, accueil parfait avec le nécessaire d’arrivé (café, lait, œufs, rosé…), résidence complètement sécurisée et parfaitement entretenue (palmiers, oliviers, fleurs…) Piscine et plage à pied , tous commerces également, nous avons passé 2 semaines au top. Et l’emplacement géographique de la résidence est idéal pour les visites des environs (Juans les Pins à pied, Cannes, Nice….) tout est à portée de main. Nous reviendrons c’est sûr !!

Good communication prior to arrival, very nice apartment (very clean, well equipped, lots of information of surroundings). Close to the sea. Once we'll choose Antibes as destination again, we remember this apartment for another stay.

Séjour parfait
Un appartement conforme à nos attentes avec tout l"équipement nécessaire. Une propreté irréprochable. Une vraie climatisation efficace dans la salle et la chambre. Une location idéalement située dans le domaine Juan Flore à quelques minutes à pied de la plage. Le petit plus pour ceux qui préfèrent : une très jolie piscine. Nous avons hâte d'y retourner.

Séjour agréable, appartement très confortable et bien équipé
Nous avons passé une semaine agréable malgré la canicule. La climatisation nous a bien rendu service. La plage est à proximité. Nous nous y sommes rendus tous les jours à pieds et avec la poussette pour emmené notre bébé. Nous regrettons de ne pas avoir été prévenus que la piscine n'était pas ouverte à cause d'une panne. Nous avions choisi cette résidence principalement pour pouvoir baigner facilement notre enfant.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce magnifique domaine juste à cotés de la mer, appartement très propre et bien équipé. Juan les pins et Antibes sont des villes magnifiques, mais le meilleur reste le Golf de Juan les pins superbe restaurant et paysage sublime. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir ! Merci au propriétaire très aimable et disponible et à la personne qui s'occupe de vous à votre arrivé.

L'appartamento e' veramente top, tutto pulito e curato. Ci sono tutti i comfort ed elettrodomestici. Si trova a 10 minuti a piedi da juan les pins. Bellissimo centro di sera. Fiona e Janice sempre disponibili! Il residence ha 400 appartamenti circa con al centro la piscina ( vicinissima all'appartamento) con orario fino le 20! Per adulti e bambini. La spiaggia di sabbia si trova a 250 mt a piedi, non si poteva passare per la piscina ma dovevi andare dalla parte del garage. Spiaggia libera. Cannes e' a 20 min di macchina le spiagge sono affollate preferivamo quelle vicino al l'appartamento... di sera molto bella. Antibes a 15 min di macchina bella di giorno per la visita al centro storico. Nizza a 1 ora di macchina spiaggia di sassi ma mare stupendo. I park costano molto sugli 8 euro di 3 ore , euro più euro meno . Park gratuito nel residence. Presenti molti italiani.

Great Apartment!
The apartment is very well equipped, (everything you could need) comfortable and very clean. There is also some very useful tourist information in the apartment. The beach chairs came in very useful as did the sun umbrella. The apartment complex is secure and the grounds are beautifully green. The pool area has some shade but a cushioned matt would be useful for sun bathing. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely go back! Jacinta was very helpful and was prompt in responding to emails. We were met at the apartment so that everything could be explained to us. This was very useful.

Lovely holiday apartment and complex
This is a great apartment, very well equipped with everything you need during your stay - air-conditioning is a bonus during the hotter summer evenings. The complex is lovely, the beach is very close, there are two large supermarkets a few minutes’ walk away and the main area of Juan-Les-Pins is a short walk (approx. 10/15 mins). We hope to return again soon!

Wonderful week in this apartment!
The apartment has a very good air-conditioning system which was helpful in hot summer nights. The wi-fi worked very well and we also enjoyed English TV channels and English books the owners have left to the apartment. The booklet provided by the owners is very good to assess where to visit during daytime.The pool is fantastic for adults and children-good for lap-swimming but also nice for the kids. A really nice holiday, we will be back!

Nice Appartment and Domain in Juan Les Pins
J.Lemonsu, Cauville (France) Very nice appartment and Domain near the high tourist places of French Riviera. The appartment is as well clean and spacious as it appears on photos (we were 2 adults and 2 teenagers). The domain is quiet, the welcome is warm and the pool is very large. Fabulous Vacation Home
This place is a fabulous vacation home. We travelled with two adults and our two children, ages 6 & 9. The apartment was immaculate when we arrived. Both the apartment and the complex are very well maintained. The beach and pool are both a short walk from the apartment. The apartment has everything you'll need for staying there, including beach umbrella, water toys and pool/beach chairs. The complex is situated in between two towns, and it was only a 10-15 minute walk along the beach promenade to a lot of great restaurants right on the water. I would definitely recommend this place!!

Die Ferienwohnung entsprach tatsächlich den Angaben des Vermieters: sauber, schön modern (mit allem Komfort) eingerichtet, super Lage - kurze Wege zum Strand, Supermarkt und Bushaltestelle und Pool. Wir wurden bestens durch die Vermieter informiert und vorbereitet! Meine beiden Töchter (16 und 18 Jahre) und ich genossen die Zeit sehr. Gerne kommen wir wieder zurück an diesen schönen Ort!

Wonderful holidays!
We (family with a baby 1,4 years old) stayed in the apartment in June 2011. This is really an excellent apartment! Very good equipped (there is everything, you may need during your stay). It has also internet access, TV, telephone connection, good air conditioning in both rooms. We really appreciated, that the owner provided us with baby chair, baby cot and beach towels. After first week we were also supplied with fresh bed linen. The complex has a perfect location, supermarket and beach is in walking distance. We didn’t hire a car and used bus 200 (stop is in 5 min walk) and local trains ( station is in 15 min walk), that was very comfortable for travelling along Cote d’Azur ( we visited Cannes, Antib, Nice, Monaco, Grass). In a word, we spent wonderful holidays and would like to rent the apartment next summer.

A Fantastic Place for Families!
We had a wonderful week in this apartment. Our girls, ages 5 and 9, loved the pool. This place has everything you need and is close to the beach and town. We really appreciated the air conditioning for the hot evenings. I would not hesitate to go back here again.

Lovely apartment with the extra touches
Myself my wife and todder stayed in this apartment end August 2010. The apartment was lovely, but what really made a difference was 1) The welcome basket - all the basics were there for our arrival, milk, bread, eggs, water, conserves, bottle of wine. etc. no need to run to the shops on arrival -nice touch. 2) House basics i.e. coffee tea, sugar, detergent was provided - if you use the last of an item you replace it - nice change from having to buy (and only part use) these every time you rent an apartment. 3) Free Phone to landlines worldwide and broadband - very useful for organising excursions, phoning home etc. The apartment, while a 20 min walk from the train station has access to Monoco, Nice, Cannes etc by train. Bus to the airport for only €8 each way easily accessible (the bus number 250 is the most direct bus for the airport) Very near the beach which gave us the choice of using the pool or the beach. We walked to and from the main restaurants in Juan Le Pins each evening which is approx 20 mins each way. If I was to do it again, I would have got the bus the first evening so as to familiarise myself with where it stops for the way back in the evening. Information and meet and greet was good - as you only get one key it is worth putting the meet and greet lady's phone number in your phone in case you get locked out. I would certainly rent this property again.

We have just come back from the holidays in costa Azzurra. This apartment was very super! the village was great, situated in very good place. The pool is very big and beautiful and the sea is very close. All services are very close to village. We think we will retourn there if possible.. Many thanks...
