Charming 1-bedroom queen size bed in house in quaint Youngstown
This room is downstairs, by itself. Very private. Has a queen size bed. Our home is in a nice quiet neighborhood. We do have 1 old dog, barks but super friendly. This room has a kitchenette with a sink, own refridgerator, microwave, coffee area, mini roaster/air fryer. Coffee & fresh fruit are provided, plus RO water.
Monthly stays get discounts (each rm has an Ionizer/Ozone unit to sanitize rm)
This charming room is equipped with its own 1/2 bathroom. Shared full bathroom down the hall.
Has fully equipped shared kitchen.
This is our private home shared with guests. We have 3 rooms upstairs for guests only and this downstairs room, also for private guests only. We share our laundry room, kitchen, Full bathroom (shower, etc) and are very open to use of beautiful back yard.

We have throughly enjoyed hosting foreign exchanged student while our 4 kids have been home. Our kids have grown and moved out and now we hose guests from all over the world. My husband and I have been married over 30+ years. We are a Christian couple who loves our Lord Jesus Christ. We opened our huge 6 bedroom home as an Airbnb and look forward to meeting new people every day.
Why they chose this property
Our home sits on 2+ acres, has a beautiful backyard. We will occasionally have deer, ground hogs and multiples chipmunks visiting our yard.
