Secluded and private yet a quick walk to the beach. The Blue Breeze is the perfect home for a family getaway. Off the main road you can let your kids ride their bikes while you walk the dog. Only minutes from Surf City with its restaurants and shops or hop over the bridge for the closest grocery stores and more dining, shopping and activity options. 

Walking in the front door the home is open and airy. There is a sectional couch positioned to view the TV. You’ll have hours of good-natured competition playing ping pong or pool on the table depending on your preference; the table is easily converted to either game. The dining room seats 6 with the kitchen bar offering additional seating for 3 more. The kitchen is equipped for all your vacation cooking needs. There is a half bath for convenience. The large deck off of the dining room has a gas grill for your use.

On the first floor is the primary bedroom has a king size bed with TV and a large ensuite bathroom with both a step-in shower and bathtub. The queen bedroom has a lovely brass bed and an ensuite bathroom with a bathtub/ shower. Both rooms have access to the first-floor deck. On the second floor there are the 2 bunk bedrooms that have Pyramid bunks which are twin mattresses over a full. These 2 bedrooms share a hall bathroom with a bathtub/ shower. Both the Queen bedroom and one of the Bunk rooms have access to the second-floor deck. On the second floor is a laundry room with a stacked washer and dryer and half bath.
At the top of the ladder is a loft area. Perfect to send the kids up to watch TV or just get away from it all.

Guest Access: Keyless entry or Lockbox. Our properties are individually owned. Our guests will have use of the entire property.

This home allows dogs only, some restrictions may apply. The Pet Fee is $300.00 per dog, it is not automatically added. If you are bringing a pet please call our office to have this fee applied.

 Topsail Island is a 28-mile-long barrier island made up of marshes, estuaries, dunes, and shoreline.  Sandwiched between the Atlantic Ocean and the Intercoastal Waterway, Tops’l as the locals call it is home to several fishing piers including the Seaview Fishing Pier; 875 feet of planks were used to construct this pier which is the longest pier on the North Carolina coast. Privately owned shops, restaurants and attractions abound on Topsail as well as the neighboring mainland towns. Learn the history of Topsail at the Missiles and More Museum and understand how to be a good steward to the sea at the Touch Tank Aquarium in Surf City and the Karen Beasley Sea Turtle Rescue & Rehabilitation Center.
