The property has a a kitchen diner, which is well equipped for self-catering. The oak floored living room is stylish and comfortable, with 2 arm chairs, sofa, smart TV and board games. In addition, it has double and twin bedrooms, complete with linen and personal towels. The bathroom contains a bath and shower, with hot water and hand towels and bath mat, as well as hand soap.
For the good days, there are sunny, private gardens with a table and chairs.
It is located in a quiet, mature neighbourhood - five-minute walk to the base of Slieve Donard and the Mournes, 5-minute walk to Newcastle beach and Promenade, and 2-minute walk to convenience store.
