Our home is 100% self-checkin, so we require guests to complete a digital rental agreement and check-in form 48 hours after booking and before check in time, whichever is sooner

You will be provided with a unique code to access your vacation home. This code will be valid during the entirety of your stay. Self check-in starts at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM.

Early check-in may be requested 24 hours in advance for an additional charge if available.

MASTER BEDROOM: Features a king bed with cottons sheets, master ensuites with shower and double vanity, a big screen Smart Tv to connect all your streaming services to watch your favorites.

SECOND BEDROOM: Features two twin-size beds.

LIVING ROOM: The cozy living area has comfortable furniture, a large 55” TV you can sign in to your Amazon Prime Video, Disney+, Hulu, Netflix, AppleTV, HBOMax, etc.

KITCHEN: The kitchen features a spacious refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishwasher, electric stove.

✔ Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM
✔ If water and electric bill are over a combined $400 per month, guest willl be responsible for the amount over $400.
✔ We provide a starter kit of basic supplies. For longer stays, guests will need to replenish these supplies as needed.

Tropical Storms and Hurricanes:
Florida is prone to tropical storms and hurricanes. We recommend all travelers to purchase insurance to cover any travel disruptions that may arise from these occurences as refunds will not be granted for undesirable weather conditions.

Please be aware that weather-related communication issues might affect our contact with you, but we'll do our best to connect and address any concerns.

Our property is in a tropical climate zone, so you might encounter creatures like snakes, insects, and raccoons. While they're rare, we're required to inform you about the possibility of encountering them. We have pest control measures in place, and if you see any, please message us on Airbnb for quick action.

This property is situated next to train tracks where there may be some occasional train noise.

Lastly, while our property is family-friendly, it's not entirely child-proof. Parents with small children need to supervise them at all times and assume liability. mMZbS
