Solterra Resort is a vacation community in Davenport, perfectly located with easy access to outlets, restaurants, and supermarkets, ensuring a comfortable stay for our guests. We do our best to make this place spotless clean and cozy guaranteeing a truly magical experience.

The bedrooms are a haven of comfort and style, featuring TV and a high-quality mattresses each to ensure a restful night's sleep. Located downstairs, the first bedroom shares a bathroom with a common area, making it ideal for those with mobility difficulties.

Upstairs, you will come across a cozy living room, perfect for unwinding while enjoying your favorite TV show after a tiring day at the parks. But the relaxation does not stops here...

The four extra bedrooms, including the fancy master bedroom with its own bathroom, are like comfy little havens. Each of these rooms is set up with a dresser, spacious closets, and top-notch mattresses for a good night's sleep. The Mickey-themed room will transport kids to the marvelous world of Disney, making it feel like the most enchanting room in the world. We've thought about every detail with your comfort in mind, making sure you feel totally at home! **PET FRIENDLY**
This property welcomes guests with well-behaved and house-trained pets. There is an additional pet fee of $70 per reservation (max 2 pets, each weighing up to 25 pounds).

PET RULES:
- Pets are allowed to stay exclusively on the ground floor.
- Prohibited from going upstairs or sleeping on beds and couches.
All guests must read and agree to our pet rules.

Downstairs:
Bedroom 1: one king bed (bathroom shared with common area)

Upstairs:
Bedroom 2: one queen bed (sharing a bathroom with bedroom 3)
Bedroom 3: one bunk bed (sharing a bathroom with bedroom 2)
Bedroom 4: one king bed (en-suite)
Bedroom 5: one king bed (en-suite)

The entire home is exclusively yours for the duration of your stay!

This place enjoys a prime location that is close to theme and water parks, shopping outlets, restaurants, supermarkets, music venues, and many tourist attractions. Guests can also enjoy natural attractions, adventure sports and much more, ensuring themselves and their family of an unforgettable, entertainment-filled vacation.

Guests can park 2 cars in front of the house. Street parking is only allowed in marked spaces with a guest pass displayed.

WELCOME PACKAGE: We provide a starter kit as a courtesy for your first day. Our starter kit contains:

-1 Paper towel roll
-1 Extra trash bag
*Please note that we do not offer washcloths, considering them very personal items. We recommend that you and your guests bring any additional items for an even more enjoyable trip!

RESORT FEE (optional): There is a one time-fee per house per reservation to use the community amenity center ($35 from 1-12 guests / $45 for 13+ guests). The fee will be charged at the clubhouse front desk when guests check in.

PET FEE: There is an additional pet fee of $70 per reservation (max 2 pets, each weighing up to 25 pounds).

POOL HEATING: USD $50.00/day. The optional pool heater service must be ordered and paid before our service personnel can turn it on. We suggest ordering pool heat prior (24 hours) to your arrival.

Disclaimer:
No specific pool temperature is guaranteed by this service. During and after cold fronts, or in winter general when days are short, pool heaters may struggle or even be unable to keep the water at the same temperature until the weather gets warmer.

Without optional pool heat pool temperatures can go down to 52 to 60°F in December to March depending on the weather. The pool heater will help to warm up the pool faster when it gets warmer outside, however, you should not expect “bathtub temperatures” during or after Florida winter cold fronts or cold nights.

Unfortunately, we are unable to activate/deactivate pool heater on short notices or provide refunds for previously ordered pool heater service.

We reserve the right to make pool heat unavailable at any time for maintenance or repairs. In case of a technical malfunction, we will refund the pool heat charge for the time the heating service was not available to you. No further credit will be given if pool equipment fails or is unavailable for any reason.

HOUSEKEEPING: Although there is no daily housekeeping, the unit is thoroughly cleaned and inspected before your check-in. Mid-stay cleaning services can be arranged for an additional fee. Your comfort is our priority!

ONLINE SHOPPING: You can shop online during your stay but some delivery services may not accommodate deliveries to vacation resorts. Please contact us before placing orders.
