The unit is located at the Ramada Marco Polo (but it is not part of the hotel's program) in Sunny Isles, Florida, along the Atlantic Ocean, and features an outdoor pool and a 122-meter private beach. It's 9.2 km from downtown Hollywood and 13.3 km from the Hard Rock Stadium. The unit with a private bathroom boasts cozy décor and includes a TV, refrigerator, two-burner stove, microwave, oven, basic cooking essentials, a small table with chairs, and two double beds. Within the building, there are indoor and outdoor dining options. Additionally, the Poolside Bar & Grill serves tropical drinks. The ocean-facing gym is equipped with modern machines, a sauna, and steam room. The 24-hour business center remains open, and at the concierge desk, various activities can be arranged, such as beach massages. Unit Cleaning
The amount of US$90 corresponds to the final and mandatory cleaning of the unit. This price does NOT include daily cleanings. For optional cleanings during the stay, please send us your inquiries.

Resort Fee (NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE)

A mandatory fixed fee of $450 (NOT INCLUDED IN THE RESERVATION PRICE) must be paid by the guest within 48 hours after booking the unit through VRBO as a money request. This resort fee is required by Ramada Marco Polo for the entire stay (regardless of the reservation duration) and covers the use of resort amenities, including: access card to the unit, wireless internet connection, pool chairs and umbrella, beach towels, pool access, and gym access (all amenities subject to availability).

Parking (OPTIONAL AND NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE)
