Also important to note, Parkside Place is close to everything including Las Olas Riverfront where you'll find restaurants, bars, shopping, and the very convenient and world-famous Fort Lauderdale Water Taxi. Aside from also being a short drive to the beach (4 miles to central Fort Lauderdale Beach), this home is a few minutes drive to classic South Florida seafood like Rendezvous Seafood Restaurant and Marina (6-minute drive), Boatyard Seafood and Marina (8-minute drive), and Southport Raw Bar and Restaurant (8-minute drive).
