This townhouse is located in a very secure neighborhood, with 24-hour security and gated fences to ensure privacy and security.
Photo ID is required to enter the community.

Once your booking has been confirmed, you will receive a secure door code, granting you the freedom to arrive and depart.

Please notice there are two club houses in Storey Lake Resort. You can access both of them. But they may feature different activities.
Other things to note
* Registered guests must be at least 21 years of age
* No smoking inside the property
* No pets
* No parties / events
* No extra guests unless discussed with us first

WELCOME KIT:
We provide a welcome kit to get you started:
* 1 detergent
* 1 sponge
* 1 paper towel
* 4 garbage bags (Please put tied garbage bag inside the garbage bin at the front door daily, garbage is being collected everyday between 8:30am and 1pm.)

Each bathroom will have:
* 1 shampoo
* 1 conditioner
* 2 toilet papers
* 2 soaps

Please stop by the nearest supermarket to gather any additional items you may need for the duration of your stay. Publix, Target, Walmart are all close by.

POOL HEATER:
Pool heating is optional, and available at $30 per day with a minimum of 3 days pay. Please notice that it takes a while for the entire system to warm up. Please let us know 24 hours before the check in.

POOL MAINTENANCE:
Out pool maintenance company visits every week to ensure the pool remains clean and well maintained. You do not need to be present during their visit, as they will access the pool area through the backyard. For safety reasons, they may ask you to briefly exit the pool while performing their tasks. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.

HOUSEKEEPING:
The rental rate does not include daily housekeeping services. However, if you desire, you can request them for an additional fee.

FOOD:
Due to Florida law, open food items cannot be left in refrigerators or kitchen closets. All food items will be removed after guest checkout, and no condiments or coffee powder will be provided before check-in.

PACKAGE DELIVERY:
Please notice that USPS does not recognize vacation homes as regular addresses, and packages through USPS would be returned to the sender.
