Full access to the home, including: kitchen with pots, pans, utensils, and other kitchen appliances, HDTVs, etc. Free dedicated driveway for parking.

The Neighborhood:
Located in the historic Duckpond neighborhood, 1 block away from the Thomas Center! It is also only 0.5 miles to downtown Gainesville and 2 miles to UF!

Getting Around:
Uber and Lyft easily accessible but walking is highly encouraged! Only 0.5 miles to downtown Gainesville and 2 miles to UF!

Other Things to Note:
NO parties or loud music; $500 fee
NO pets; $250 fee. Proof of up-to-date vaccinations required for Service Animals
NO smoking or vaping (incl. tobacco & marijuana); $250 fee
NO unregistered guests (all guests must be on the reservation); $100 fee for each unregistered guest

Your reservation may be subject to a Security Deposit/Authorization Hold, this applies to some booking but not all of them. Please inquire if you'd like to know more

Please also keep in mind that we require that all of our guests fill a check in form with an email and phone number, as well as the reason for your stay, so we can make sure to better cater to your stay!

We have active doorbell and solar security cameras outside to ensure the safety of our guests and our home; it also helps us guarantee that all house rules are being followed
We have an active noise decibel detector inside that detects excess noise and will notify you when thresholds are being reached for extended periods of time

You have been charged for the number of guests selected at the time of booking; for more than 6 guests, there is a $12 nightly charge per extra guest
We do not have a dishwasher! Please be mindful of washing your dishes and using the provided drying rack

Be respectful of the space (this is our home) and clean up reasonably after yourself
Do not leave any trash outside--we like to keep our community beautiful. Trash days are Wednesday, if your stay falls in those days we'd really appreciate if you could pull the bin to the curb
Let us know immediately if you accidentally break or damage anything or if anything isn’t working as it should

Some reservations are subject to a credit card authorization hold for damage, excessive cleaning, and incidentals
