The place is a short Uber ride to Tampa International Airport and Raymond James Stadium.

The home features 2 king bedrooms with full bathrooms, a workspace and large open living space with a smart tv!
-- No smoking inside the house at any point. -- Only registered guests may be on the premises at any time (4Max). -- No more than 1 vehicle at any point, and cars must be parked in the driveway. -- The pet fee must be paid prior to your stay. All pets must be house trained and well behaved. Please pick up all pet wastes from the yard and dispose. -- Parties of any kind are not permitted at the house. -- Turn AC to 78 degrees and lock the doors when you leave the home. Violation of these terms will result in immediate termination of the reservation and forfeiture of all funds.


Parking is available for 1 car in the driveway and another on the street. If you are bringing more than 1 car please advise a few days prior to arrival so that we can add your vehicle to the parking permit. Info will be provided a day or 2 before check in.

THIS IS A SMOKE FREE PROPERTY. NO SMOKING IN ANY FORM INSIDE OR ANYWHERE ON PROPERTY. YOU MAY SMOKE AT THE CURB. A $500 FINE AND TERMINATION OF RESERVATION WITHOUT REFUND WILL BE IMPOSED FOR VIOLATIONS.
