My Husband, Jan, and I are from a small town, Kalona, Iowa. He are IOWA HAWKEYES! We have always loved to meet new people! We love to golf & are currently raising our 2 Grandchildren. I am the Real Estate Broker for Old Kinderhook Realty.
Why they chose this property
WE BUILT IT! In 1994, we purchased the land and recruited Tom Weiskopf to build a Championship Golf Course at Lake of the Ozarks, and the rest of the story is what you see today!
What makes this property unique
It is THE ONLY real Community at the Lake of the Ozarks. From anywhere within the 640 acres, you can walk or drive your golf cart to 2 fine restaurants, and tennis/pickleball courts, let your dog play at our dog park, and enjoy a dip in either of our 2 pools. A fitness center and stocked fishing pond are simply steps away. If you choose to leave OK, minutes away is HAHA Tonka State Park and Riverbird Winery. And of course....GOLF at our Nationally ranked facility!
