2. No parties please. Only guests of the home are allowed on the property.
3. Pets are allowed on a case to case basis. Only pre-approved pet is allowed (only one). Please provide details about your pet (breed and size) before booking.
4. The entire property is a no smoking area. ANY RECREATIONAL SMOKING ISN'T ALLOWED NOR MEDICAL MARIJUANA. If you are found smoking in the property you will be asked to leave immediately without refund for the remainder of your stay.
